How It Works
In order to host your own CoolTea branded event (per licensing terms of CoolTea event models), you first file an Event Application and apply for an official CoolTea Event ID.
Once your application is approved, you will be assigned your CoolTea Event ID. At that point, we start to work with you as your event coach to help you structure and plan for your event success. We will also list your event on our site and start to promote your event to our CoolTea members.
The application fee is $75 and gets applied to your Event Licensing Fee. If your application is denied, then a full refund minus a $10 processing fee is promptly issued. Once your application is approved, you have up to six months to host your event.
What You Get
You get listed as an official Event Host with an Event ID that can be searched on our site and confirmed by public that indeed you are an official CoolTea Event Host.
You get to use our name (i.e., CoolTea Trademark) in the title and description of your event – thus separating your event from other business networking events so your event stands out and gets attention for the quality and branded experience CoolTea events are known for.
You get 100% of the revenues from attendees (e.g., door and ticket sales).
You get 75% of event sponsorship revenue if we promote your sponsors on our CoolTea event sites – if not, then you keep 100% of Sponsor revenues (if applicable).
You get a menu of web technology solutions that you can choose from to enhance your event.
How Much Does It Cost
An event license is valid for hosting one event and each license provides you with the basics (e.g., event brand and model).
It is your option whether to use additional CoolTea technology solutions or not – e.g., if you want to use another service or site (e.g., Facebook, MeetUp, Constant Contact, RegOnline, PayPal) to promote your event, sell tickets, etc., that is fine by us.
We can help you decide what technology and/or services you might want to consider once your Event Application is approved.
